Our Purpose

Remissi’s Inc. is dedicated to providing second chances for individuals overcoming addiction, domestic violence, and other challenges. Our mission is to support personal transformation by offering housing, education, and job training in a structured, low-stress environment.

Through a focus on self-care and skill-building, we aim to remove employment barriers while fostering confidence and stability. Participants will have access to transportation, mentorship, and employment opportunities, ensuring a successful transition into the workforce.

Our primary focus will be on Portage, Lake, and Geauga counties, with housing and transportation designed to support both program participants and the businesses that employ them. A dedicated team of counselors, educators, and mentors will provide guidance, ensuring a high success rate through a comprehensive, wraparound support system. Open communication will be central to overcoming challenges and achieving lasting change.

We are proud to partner with several organizations within these counties to help address their housing and transportation shortages while expanding employment opportunities for their clients. Their experienced team of counselors, nurses, and 24-hour support staff will play a crucial role in our program.

We also look to Edwins Leadership & Restaurant Institute in Shaker Heights as a model of success. Under the leadership of Brandon Chrostowski, Edwins has set the standard for providing career training, housing, and mentorship to those reentering the workforce as well as  Serenite Restaurant – French Cuisine in Medina . By following their proven approach, we aim to create long-term opportunities for our participants, allowing them to rebuild their lives with confidence and purpose.
